Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with Millory. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help and will do our best to make it right.

Return Window Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

Before sending anything back, please contact our support team so we can review your request and provide the correct return instructions.

Contact us at support@shopmillory.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can help as quickly as possible.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution depending on the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition
  • Items returned without prior contact and approval
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Gift cards, if applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.

  • Photos, if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
